We lost!!!!!
Well we decided to get weighed today and both Jess and I lost 3lbs!!!! We are on our way. We are going to do it right this time. We are also going to start our exercises today. Well at least I am. I went to the doctors today and I have decided that I am going back to work on Feb 1 on modified hours. 6 hours a day for the first month and hopefully 8 hrs a day the second month. I guess we'll have to wait and see. I got an email from Don. He said he doesn't know what I want. He went to Vegas with a "friend" and doesn't understand why I am upset by this. Duh!!!!! We had an agreement that neither of us would "move" on without telling the other and he didn't do that. I don't know why I still have such strong feelings for him. Anyway back to therapy this afternoon and then we are going to the mall to do a couple of errands. Today, life is great.
